Mr. Frautschi joins NSAWW after a distinguished career of nearly three decades of Sales, Sales Management, Business Development, Capture/Capture Management, and Profit & Loss (P&L) experience within the national security and defense industries. Mr. Frautschi’s specific areas of expertise include Electronic Security, Integrated Solutions, and Technical Services. Scott has a background in secure Facilities, Law Enforcement, and the First Responder community.
Mr. Frautschi carries visionary leadership skills, including the ability to shape and capture key programs and business opportunities that have resulted in promotions into positions of increasing responsibility. Scott’s Extensive background in the government and security industry will be instrumental in meeting Customer’s objectives.
Mr. Frautschi joins NSAWW in tandem with his recent capacity as a Consultant providing capture management services for the Lockheed Martin Corporation. Before joining NSAWW, Mr. Frautschi had a successful career at Siemens Government Technologies, Inc. where he was promoted to Senior Director, Business Development in 2011 and was a direct report to the CEO. Mr. Frautschi likewise received recognition from Siemens’ Executive Management for performance excellence in 2009.
Prior to Siemens Government Technology, Mr. Frautschi held many leadership roles with industry leaders like Honeywell Security Group; ObjectVideo, Inc.; Northrop Grumman; Avaya Government Solutions; Cisco Systems, Inc.; and Johnson Controls, Inc.
Mr. Frautschi earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The Pennsylvania State University (PSU) and has attended many professional enhancement programs such as: Dale Carnagie, Franklin-Covey, and Brown. He is a member of The Pennsylvania State University Alumni Association; Sigma Alpha Epsilon (a national Fraternity); American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), member Physical Security Subcommittee; Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA); and the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA).
